Where to buy tickets

Tickets are not sold inside buses; you have to buy them in advance from specific kiosks, which are normally found near bus stops. In the airport the kiosk is outside the arrivals and sells only bus tickets. In Athens city, you most often find tickets in kiosks that sell newspapers, magazines, tobacco etc. (These kiosks usually have a yellow – okra colour).  For the metro, tickets are found only inside the metro stations.

Taxi option and Transportation at night

Apart from Athens airport which is linked to the city center 24 hours per day, it is not easy to reach another destination (especially Athens’ suburbs) after 12:00 at night. So, if you arrive after 23:00 we recommend that you take a taxi. If you feel insecure about picking up a taxi randomly from the airport, we can arrange a taxi driver to wait for you (please send us at your name, flight number, airport company and arrival time). The cost of a taxi from the airport to the venue is approximately 35 euros during daytime and 42 euros during night. If you want to arrange this by yourself or you need a last minute service you can call directly or text Mr Thodoris Kondomaris at 0030-6944737864.
